Great service I've been with them for years and never had a complaint. The staff is very friendly and always remembers me by name and even where I go to school. Update: After 9 years, still great! The team at Shady Grove Eye and Vision care is fantastic just as I remembered. I left for a while since they weren't in my network but could not wait to go back once I realized they were in my network with my new job. I love what they did with the remodel and the staff is ad-friendly and efficient as always. It had been 9 years since my last visit but there were still familiar faces in the office that still remembered me, after all, that time. Just a great experience overall and I'd highly recommend it to anyone.
Dr Lauren Rubin is THE BEST! She is the perfect blend of having a warm and friendly personality and being the consummate professional. My husband, kids and I are all patients. She makes us feel at ease, takes her time, and explains everything to us.
